My Purpose for Behind the Desk Blogs

Many of you are probably wondering what my purpose is for writing. I am only 24 years old and do not have a lot of teaching experience, however the best part about teaching is being able to connect with a community that goes through very similar situations as you. Teaching is unique, every teacher has different strategies, different experiences, and different ways to connect in their classrooms. However, What I hope to do is share my experiences with these blogs. 

My purpose for this blog is to empower educators through new and exciting teaching strategies, personal storytelling, and ways to make sure teachers are taking care of themselves. I plan to make posts once a week, and hope that you (the reader), feels relaxed and has fun reading my blog. Hopefully you can take teaching strategies, self help strategies, or learn from my stories and be able to input these things in your life or classroom.
